Shipping policy
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if we need to verify payment or shipping details. If there’s an issue that may delay your order, we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Shipping Times (Delivery Estimates)
Delivery timeframes begin after your order is processed:
• United States: ~7–11 business days
• International: ~11–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or customs processing).
Order Tracking & Shipment Insurance
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Every order includes real-time tracking and is insured while in transit (subject to carrier policies and verification requirements).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also cause delays, which are outside our control.
Shipping Delays & Out-of-Stock Items
If we can’t ship within the timeframe stated on our site/at checkout, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund for any unshipped items.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order after payment, email us at info@maisbel.com as soon as possible.
• If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it.
• If your order is already processing or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible—if so, you can request a return after delivery (see our Returns Policy).
